Who I am?

I am a former Phoenix University graduate with a degree in Psychology, Marketing, and eCommerce. I have done extensive research on the female anatomy and learned by observation the trials of the menstrual cycle. I have been studying women and weight gain for over two decades to help manage the experience with solutions. Why? Because it gives me pleasure to undertake a personal interest in ways to help women in particular but persons with problems of weight gain. As with anything, the experiences I share here are mine and mine alone but it is my hope these experiences can open doors of enlightenment to those perplexed by why these things occur. Additionally, it is no accident we are all humans working with genetic drawbacks that keep us in positions of despair but there is a future manifesto in knowing there is help available.
