Most people dare share their intricate deficiencies for fear of unwanted comments, judgments, or stress. Can you rise above the fear and share it with me?

One of my most interesting life’s experiences is studying human behavior in school and daily encounters. What people say and do is intriguing to me because most don’t think before they speak and consider the consequences of their words on the heart of the recipient. It goes to reason why Job said, “Look at me and be astonished, And put your hand over your mouth.” Job 21:5. If we (human beings) take a few minutes before anything is filtered from our lips to “put our hand over our mouth” our encounters with one another will be blessed.
We are all born with unique DNA to determine how we will look, grow, and learn. In this, we must be mindful of a spirit in us that allows us to over indulge or under indulge as the case may be. When we take into account, our bodies are a sanctuary, we will learn to take better care of it and adopt healthier choices. In examining one’s DNA and the family tree, can observe why one is obese by body structure and why it is imperative to make healthier choices or bare the unforsaken consequencies.
For some who don’t believe in a higher power, we must understand the appetite of humankind. We are heavy drinkers of wine or gluttonous eaters of meat that we tend to indulge in excess. If you can begin to take food consumption as a means to an end will learn, all humankind in some form or another glorify in earthly things. This is where I profess to help you with those appetites by offering alternatives to maintaining your weight if you’ve gained or lose it.
Given the trend of obesity in the United States, I want to be a conduit to help Americans learn from any weight gain suggested to accumulate on the abdomen rather than the whole body. Anyway, diet, not exercise has a bigger effect on weight gain. My health coach has preached about it for years whether I get my cardio up or not, I can maintain my weight if I watch what I consume. This appears to be common sense right?
It is but it isn’t. Here’s why…obesity has become a serious health issue in the United States. It is everywhere some percentage of adults are overweight or obese and the numbers continue to rise. This should be a concern for all but what if the numbers went the other way and American’s are losing weight at an alarming rate. Would it still be a concern? I think not because we (people in general) equate obesity with signaling health deficiencies and average weight as healthy. But whether or not diet is the true villian when it comes to obesity, some kind of exercise regimen can help keep the body running like a well-oiled machine. If no more than a moderate-intensity of 20 minutes of vigorous aerobic exercise per week can help reap the benefits of weight loss.
The hardest step toward accomplishing any goal is the first one. And I want to be a choice in your steps toward maintaining your weight goals. Even if for some small measure, just to say, “hey, your advice, article, or insight helped me see things more clearly that I need to change” is all I desire. If I can be of some small service to helping your reach your goals, my blog was worth it.
